Specialised reputation protection for restaurants – modular, charged on success.

The lever is essentially the same across all portals: the plausibility of the guest contact. Reviews are posted anonymously; the portals do not check on their own whether the reviewer was ever a guest. That is exactly where we step in – success-based and specialised in restaurants.

Google · Tripadvisor · More portals · Monitoring

From Google as the baseline to Tripadvisor and the smaller portals, plus ongoing monitoring – modular and combinable.

Careful with replying to reviews

Many restaurants reply publicly to reviews – and unknowingly give away their strongest ground for removal. Once you confirm that someone was a guest, you can no longer deny the missing guest contact. On top of that, details about a booking, table or order are the reviewer's personal data and do not belong in a public reply. We therefore settle the removal question first – and word any reply so that it discloses nothing.

Protect your restaurant reputation

Send us the review in question – we check it free of charge and without obligation. You only pay in case of success.
